Super Raffle to Benefit You and the Conference House!
Support your local American treasure! One of the outcomes of the current economic climate is that New York City and state funding has been cut for non-profits on Staten Island. The Conference House is no exception.
Despite these difficult cutbacks, you have the power to help the Conference House continue its mission and at the same time participate in a unique fund-raising opportunity. Thousands of Staten Island residents, from school children to adults, have enjoyed the history and beauty of the Conference House and the park. Our goal is to provide even more opportunities for Staten Islanders to enjoy this local and national landmark.
The Conference House Association is sponsoring a Super Raffle. Were selling only 250 tickets at $50 each. The first prize is $2,000 and the second prize is $500. The odds are in your favor with this excellent opportunity to support the Conference House and its programs!
We began selling our Super Raffle tickets at the annual Clambake on August 7th and will continue to sell them through our Colonial Christmas celebration on December 12th or until all 250 are sold. The drawing will be held on December 12th, and the winner does not need to be present to win. If you are interested in participating, please print out this page and mail it in with your check made out to The Conference House Association. We will then forward the actual raffle ticket to you.
